lithium battery is divided into soft pack and hard pack two forms. The main difference between the two is the material of the lithium battery shell. The flexible packaging battery is a liquid lithium ion battery with a layer of polymer shell, which is softer than the aluminum shell lithium battery pack.
The key materials used in soft-packed lithium batteries-cathode materials, anode materials and separators-are not much different from the traditional steel-aluminum-shell lithium batteries. The biggest difference lies in the flexible packaging material (aluminum-plastic composite film). This is the most critical and technically difficult material in soft-packed lithium batteries.

For example, the fully automatic double folding equipment developed by a well-known lithium battery equipment manufacturer is mainly used for the double folding molding process of soft-packed lithium batteries, including trimming, double folding, dispensing, ironing and other processes. The device uses Dulkwell's EX series of expandable remote IO modules.
Equipment basic structure:

The device has more cylinders, mainly through the remote IO input module to collect magnetic switch and photoelectric switch signal, and through the output module to control the solenoid valve to control the cylinder action.
